For EFT payments, orders will only be released once the payment has reflected in our account.

5. Delivery and Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our warehouse at 27 Andromeda Road, Crown Mines, Unit 4, Johannesburg, 2092, or have it delivered through our courier partners.
For collections, kindly book an appointment in advance so we can prepare your products and have them ready when you arrive. Walk-ins without prior booking may experience a short waiting time while we prepare the order.
Payments can be made in-store at the time of collection.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, and while we do our best to meet expected dates, occasional courier delays can occur.
Once your order leaves our facility or is collected, ownership and responsibility transfer to you.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 30 days for unused items in their original packaging.
Used items may be repaired or replaced under warranty within 21 working days, depending on supplier inspection.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
Certain items — such as digital downloads, custom-made products, or hygiene-sensitive goods — may not be eligible for return.
